I have spent several years as a dedicated Business Executive helping large global companies inspire people to do great work as well as in the area of helping organizations become “customer obsessed” in a world where technology is radically changing the business landscape.

I have worked extensively with the Canadian Government, public and private organizations in the areas of; employee engagement and recognition best practices, client relationship-building, loyalty and retention strategies, leadership development and talent management, organizational brand and communication strategies, customer experience, sales, marketing and technology trends, coaching and public speaking.
